Almost an hour late for drop off. Scooter died right before dinner in Disney's Animal Kingdom one night. Called the service line within operating hours. Left a message requesting any quick fixes. Received no call back. My son pushed me on the scooter to dinner and after dinner the scooter thankfully fixed itself. Never got a call back regarding the issue. Pick was 30 minutes late. The guy tried to say he had just pulled up (30 minutes past pick up time), when the entire time he was actually parked at the curb in an unmarked white van that I had noticed when I first came out at the designated drop of time. The condition of the scooter was embarrassing - completely trashed - scraped up and huge chunks of the plastic molding missing. Deplorable! Use the company Disney recommends. You don't need to wait for drop off and pick up. Your scooter gets delivered directly to concierge. Comparable pricing. Pick up and drop off at your convenience. I will never use our recommend Apple again.

Called them last minute during the holiday season and they helped me right away. They delivered right to my resort and they were so easy to work with. Also, they have good pricing.

Yes , we do deliver to Sheraton Vistana Village, we are within 1 mile alway from Sheraton Vistana, the scooter disassemble to fit into an SUV, we look forward to see you in Orlando.
You need to call apple. Usually they only deliver to hotels. They do come to the parks if there is a problem.

Yes the bus will be able to load the scooter. They are quite adept at that
Ours came with a front basket. We we able to hang our soft side cooler (by the strap) over the seat. It performed amazingly.
I used mine all day (about 10-12 hours) and then plugged it in each night when we got back to our room so it was fully charged again by morning.
We arrive after 6 will we be able to get a scooter delivered around 7:30 pm at animal kingdom?
They advertise that they deliver to all resorts.
I'm not sure on discounts however, they will take care of you. I float my scooter key in magic kingdom and called them mind you it was pouring rain and they had a worker come out to give me a new one at NO CHARGE....
