I got a great deal and have had zero issues with my car. The experiance there was excellent also. Give them a shot...
I love the vehicle i purchased. Like buying any used car, inspect it or have it inspected, check Carfax or similar. Most of the cars were purchased at dealer only auctions, not necessarily off lease. They will low-ball on your trade-in. They advertise they give you Kelly blue book trade-in value but then offer dealer auction price (and then not even really that - so be sure to know what your trade in is worth). You can get a good deal on a great car but you need to still do your research, just like you would anywhere else. There's not much haggling (except over trade-in) but it's not as smooth buying experience like CarMax or other no-haggle dealerships. Be prepared to spend several hours there, when it really should take about an hour.
I bought a 2017 Nissan Titan from them a free months ago and went to sell it to my father who was in need of a truck, and when he tried to get approved for financing we were told the vehicle had prior frame damage and they wouldn't loan on it.. make sense as these vehicles are too cheap and that is why... No frame damage was disclosed to me during point of purchase
They give you amazing deals. Car are in great condition. They give you full disclosure on the cars even more information than car fax. Just bought a Nissan Rogue fully loaded $4000 cheaper than everywhere else. My sales person name is Sam he was great. I would buy another car from them in the future.
I bought an Infiniti G37S about 2 years ago. The Orlando lot is super busy, especially on the weekends. To try to speed up the process I brought my own financing but still took almost 3hrs .
We tried to find out if we bought the car today would they hold it for three weeks because we are away but would pay in full. They cut us off twice, called back and they must be very busy because while we on the phone, cut off AGAIN. I am really disappointed in the way we were treated. I also wanted to find out about warranty’s that are offered, never got the chance.
Bought a 2012 Kia Soul and 2012 vw Passat and both have been great
My company bought 6 Ford Escapes for our sales fleet. So far, 5 are still running 3 months later. The sixth had a major engine malfunction before the salesman could reach his home. We called and Off Lease's representative said they would go get the Escape and swap it with a new one. A month later, when that still had not happened despite plenty of urging (our company is in Missouri not Florida,) they informed us that they would no longer swap it straight out but instead would trade it in... you guessed it... at trade in levels. So now we are taking a $3000 loss on a vehicle that would not make a 500 mile drive to buy another one so our Florida rep can have a car. What about the other 5 you ask? They seem fine so far, but we just got the licenses today, almost 3 months after the sale. Also, we let them know up front that we needed the vehicles by a set date in order for our graphics department to wrap them with our logos, instead they arrived a week late. Not happy.
My husband and I purchased a top of the line 2013 Lincoln MKZ from them in 2016. The car was beautiful and had all the bells and whistles! Yes, the lot is crazy busy, so go in there knowing what you want. Have a plan B and C cause the cars sell fast and they update their inventory every morning. We went around 1pm on a Saturday...BAD IDEA!!! We were there until midnight, but we weren’t the only ones. We were happy with our purchase until we found out the vehicle had structural damage that wasn’t disclosed on the CarFax. There’s a so called 14 day return policy which we didn’t know about until after the fact. We just recently traded it in for something certified pre-owned, because we were upside down on our loan! Would I buy from them again? Knowing what I know now, probably. The prices are very reasonable, and I would go early on a week day(with snacks) to test drive/purchase a vehicle. Just DONT TRUST THE CARFAX!! Get the car inspected asap after purchasing!
I haven't had any issues being mechanical, sometimes the tires or brakes will need replacing. Other than that I bought 2 vehicles from this location. I bought a 2014 optima and still runs great and keep it dealer maintained.
I just bought my second vehicle from Off Lease Only Orlando. We were very pleased with the service and the vehicles are great.
I'm on my 2nd purchase in within 18 months. Both vehicles were great purchases and great customer service to boot.
Like someone here said, the one thing you cannot trust them is holding their offer for your trade-in. They ended up paying me $2.000 less than what they offered and just couldn't give me a reason why.
We just bought our 2018 Frontier with less than 7.000 miles on it and with 6.000 below cost. Sure there were a few things missing. But it was nothing that my husband couldn't get online. Oh sure we felt that there was just no way we could have walked out with the truck on the terms and payments we were already wanting. But we did exactly that. We were not kept there all day either. I think the whole process took no more than 3 hours. We will definitely be back.
We bought a car there about 18 months ago along with their extended warranty... really pleased with both. Had a small issue early on and they really stood behind it. And the extended warranty ( I think it's 8 years) has done what it was supposed to do, even covered a repair most warranty companies would try to weasel out of paying. We'd go there again.
I have a 2008 Mercedes Benz sedan that I bought in 2013 haven't had any issues with the car still driving it today
Bought a 2017 ford escape, drove it for a few months and broke down twice. First time it spent 2 weeks in the shop and currently it has been back in the shop for a month and still counting. Of course I still have to keep re paying the loan even though I’m also paying for a rental.
I bought my Nissan Rogue there, clean no mechanical issues ever. I got a loan through my bank but extended warranty through off lease was better. Their price was $2000 less than the Nissan dealership, for a newer model with better extras and way lower milage. I've had the rogue 3 years driven to other states not a single issue, only regular maintenance: oil changes, brakes, tires, etc
I got my Mercedes C250 in 2013 with no issues....now I'm looking to get something for my son and a newer one for me👍👍
The experience was great my mom got approved and has had her car for 1 year still runs great
Great deal what vehicle brand purchased has more to do with holding up than where it comes from some new car brands are more fine tuned than others, while some brands go on as reliable can be
