No, your looking for a Drvier's testing Center. That is the location for pictures and drivers testing. We are the DOT contracted service center for motor vehicle transactions, although we also do many Drivers licensing transactions, just not the pictures. The testing centers don’t handle anything on on the motor vehicle side. Thanks
