They have all type of new grills where you can grill inside the house and grill outside the house so my answer to you will be safety first just be careful on what you are doing but I mean something like a little grill
A few yrs back, I saw a guy with a small grill but I left about an hr later so I don't really know if there was a problem with it.
Hmmm, that's an interesting question. And sorry but I am not sure. But if it's small with a small propane canister, I think you might be able to give it a shot.
