If your dad is a veteran go to Mather Veterans Memorial Hospital and check in. He will be well taken care of. Bring pops DD Form 214 with you. Good luck.
This Vet Center is more of a counseling center. For help with wills and other VA specific issues I'd recommend a contacting a county VSO (Veteran's Services Office). The Placer County VSO on Sunset Blvd in Rocklin has been a lot of help.
