I have been living at these apartments for a year now and I have to say I could not be happier with my decision to move here. The current management (Amber/Cindy) are the nicest and most caring individuals I have ever dealt with since moving to California. These ladies truly care about the residents that live here. Since being a resident, I know with certainty that if an issue arises, and I bring this to their attention they will truly listen to my concerns and correct the problem as soon as possible. These ladies have also been improving the living area, amenities, and apartments themselves. I plan on renewing my lease next month. Thank you two for all that you've done since taking over this property and I hope you ladies continue to work here!

This complex is terrible, I've had over $500 Of my laundry stolen from the laundry facility, and no one could do anything about it as there was no cameras at the time. We once had the police knocking on our door late at night telling us we'd be safer packing up and leaving for the night because they had an incident w a near by neighbor. So we packed up our daughter and left with all these cops surrounded with their guns drawn. This complex is so ghetto, it is insane the amount of rent they are wanting to charge tenants as well. Not to mention the manager at the time Patreece was rude at all times we interacted with her. Don't rent here.

I lived here for two years. Small cute apartments, lots of pests but not a problem if u get a cat. This place is a complete trip. Move here for all sorts of stories to tell your grandkids when you're older. Also, matinence men and office managers have always been nice af. Also, never plan on having guests unless they uber.
