May my Dad take his written test on paper not the computer? He is not comfortable with computers. Thank you

As far as I know it's always been a test with a paper, written answer sheet. Then you take the completed answer sheet to the counter person to be graded by hand. I believe they offer the ability to take it by hand but it's mostly done on the computer.
