i am a nonresident temporarily living in California. this dealership began by telling me i could not register my car in my home state. i insisted that if i were to buy their car that i would be registering in my home state. once i made this stipulation, they agreed that it is possible for them to register in my home state. about a month after purchasing the car they texted me to inform me that they would be going ahead with California registration. three separate California DMV representatives along with a paralegal for JAG have assured me that it is possible to register my car in my home state. still, the dealership will not allow me to register in my home state. this situation is shameful. i would not suggest buying a vehicle from them if you are not a California resident.

Ashley at Victory Toyota has ruin this dealership chances of me ever purchasing a vehicle from here. I was more than prepared to purchase their 1794 truck outright but she completely disregard my inquiry on the total amount. After reading several reviews this is the first time she displayed poor customer services skills.
