One of the worst chase branches I’ve been to! I guess they only have a waiting area just so they can skip you. I was waiting for a teller to upgrade me account to military for about 10 min and this other person walks in and gets helped right away to open an account... I mean come on it’s not hard to peak over to the waiting area to see if there is anyone else waiting to be helped... complete lack of awareness. Highly recommend going to the chase branch in Monterey off of Alvarado st. That guy needs to talked too and or trained better. Ridiculous.
