Our Scan & Go wont work because it says not connected to internet. My provider is ATT and we are connected on our phones. Must be the store. What goes? How do we use this app?

You have ATT telephones, but do you have internet? Call ATT OR Sam's direct☺

Never have a problem. I use it almost every week. I also have AT&T. I actually turn wifi off because I use a publix app for my shopping list and it has issues on their wifi. One thing I found that I must do is turn off wifi in the parking lot. Then it works all the time.

It will only work when you have your wi fi turned on.
