Depends on the weather if it's hot it might be busy but it is a good place to eat and relax good luck with that.
Pretty busy at this time. I would say disneyland busy. The pier is a nice place to grab a bite to eat, but most tables are designated to specific restaurants. Outdoor eating is nice, but prepare for sun and you may have to wait in lines and for tables if you eat out. If you bring food you could grab an unoccupied bench. Don't expect traditional dining conditions. Be flexible and go with the beach lifestyle.
