Is it now possible to walk in with a mask and make appointments at social security or is it still closed from walk in?

I have tired for 5 weeks to contact someone..They are aware the phones aren't working..I need to sign up for Spousal Benefits..the only thing I know to do is drive from Riner to Roanoke 45 min. drive and sit on the curb. I am desperate..

No its not possible you can not just walk in sorryto inform that but you can call and make and appointment then maybe you could go inside that way
