OMG....just awful!!! Jack's fish is fresh each morning.....and to my knowledge, cleaned and scaled. If you visit Jack's again, find out what fish of the day has bones, and those that don't. Make sure the counter people open your plate to show you the finished product. Take your time when inspecting the plate. Once you go out the door, you aren't allowed to bring back and get corrected. Give'em another chance....good luck!!
Some fish are bone fish and unless it says fillet there will be bones. Spots and croaker are bone fish
Don't know answer too that concerning the scales on your fish that just gross they have shop next to the restaurant and about the bones what type of fish was it sad to hear about your experience I been eating their for years maybe Isolated incident
