Breaks are allowed and they just go outside. It's not breaking any laws and I'm sure he wasn't doing anything wrong. They have some of the best seafood around. I hope ya went in and got some shrimp, scallops or flounder. Even turkey wings maybe? Anything on their menu is delish!!
In most restaurants even taking out the trash its on. The food is southern country cooking. Just go and eat.
