Do you deliver in Raleigh, NC and if so how much do you have to spend? When ordering do you take coupons? If I do not order enough enough for deliver how much does it cost to pick up an order?

Wal-Mart does delivery when ordering through Google Express. Usually $35 or more your shipping is free. Less than that I believe shipping is like $5.
