No you do not have to pick it up the same day. They give you a deadline date to pick up orders.

I have misplaced my invoice that came with my pants that I need to return. Can they use my order # to locate the return

Yes! I come in with my phone and they're able to pull up my order immediately. As long as it's no outside of the time frame to return, I ran into that issue also (they showed me on my macys.com account)

Are the dressing rooms open at Macy at triangle town center? I saw prom dresses are on a great sale, but they definitely need to be tried on.
