Are we allowed to just come in for walk in for repair for car? Or do we need to make an appointment?

I have a recall notice for replacing the battery sensor case mounted on top the 12V battery. I'd like to make an appointment to have this taken care of.

An appointment is always preferred because it will help save you time, but walk ins are always welcome

walk-ins are ok if you can wait a bit and if they have parts fir repair.however its better to call and make appt as they can have parts ready and you get priority over walk-ins that day. Also you may get a loaner vehicle if your repair takes a day or longer , depending on availability.I got loaner cars everytime for a big repair.

Walk in is okayfor most cases, however my recommendation would be to make an appoinment and save you a lot of time.

You can just walk in, but they may be very busy. Sometimes the wait is quite long.
