I've never a had a problem there. I always deal with the lady at the first podium. She is fantastic, the others.......not so much. I tell her what I want done and she doesn't try to sell me unnecessary work. I wish I could remember her name, but she's always at the first podium nearest the front of the building.
I have had very few issues with them. The only problems I ever had were small, things that could be handled in a few minutes. If you do have any problems, there is usually a manager who can make things right almost immediately.
