Yes, and within 2 miles there are 4~7 motels with nice rooms starting at $45.00 per night and a 24 hour Walmart.
There are several different divisions in there, it would depend on which broker you actually work for. I only pick up there, but from what I see in the warehouse, it looks like they get treated pretty well. But I don't know about their benefits or anything like that.
