Went there to get a tank gauge for my heating oil tank. Got one, but it's the wrong one. Gotta take it back. Got one from Amazon instead. Be her in a few days

Went here to get parts & input on parts. Place is not very welcoming. Almost stand offish. The part I asked for after explaining & pointing several times. And even showed a picture. They said that they don't have it because it's not a removable part(wrong!!) If they took the time to actually be concerned or if they actually tried, they would know it does come apart. Then after getting the other part I needed , they didn't give me the whole setup, so nasically I couldn't use. Never giving my buisness because first impressions are important. Went down the road to Wallace & boy did the guy go above & beyond. He found me the part & helped me understand the installation process. I have a bunch more work & definitely will be giving them my business. Not these guys, they just automatically judge a book by its cover. Seems thd$$f z

Good crew at the counter. It's a small Ace location, but they keep a good sized stock and can send you to a.c. if need be. A few good hillmor, klein, & lennox tools as well.

First off, be careful in the parking lot on a busy day, as the contractor trucks are coming in fast off of Rt 47. Second, the counter staff was not at all helpful. We had a new faucet we purchased off of the internet and it didn't have standard thread connections. We brought the parts into the store to see if someone could sell us adaptors to make the setup work in our bathroom, but the counter person didn't even want to bother discussing it. "It's made in China" he said -- aren't most parts, from plumbing to electrical to industrial, made in China or overseas nowadays? At any rate, the customer service at this business is the pits. We went to another local plumbing supply store and the counter people there were able to find a solution for us in 15 literally minutes. Maybe this is a business that caters to contractors, but the average homeowner should take their business where customer service is a priority.

I know on gas and electric water heaters Bradford white has a 10 year warranty on the tank. You can check on the Bradford White website.
