Good morning, I have a 2002 Tundra the frame is badly rusted, several holes as large as an apple, the bracket holding up the rear shock let go and the shock is floating, that is how i found the holes. I only have 151000 miles, i need advice, thanks

I don't think Toyota HQ USA is the right place to take that matter. Take to a body shop, 17 year old trucks are no longer under any warranties.

On 2/27/18 the CRM advised me the GM will contact me shortly. As of 3/12/18, I have not received a call. Can I please speak to the next person in command? Seems like the GM is occupied and not able to respond in a timely manner. (Freeman Toyota)
