Why is it so hard to get somebody to pick up the phone, But when you enter the building, you get swarmed with sales associates?

I have called them 4 or 5 times and as i remember always been answered and helped. One guy even did the ' walk 3 couches east and one north for me" to get a coffee table name.

They don't want you to call...they want you to shop! If you come in to ask a question you are more likely to see something you wanna buy😀
