David and I Rachel have given rent a center our business 25 years sadly to say we had two items stolen by two employees from rent a center when they delivered a 75 inch TV to us. The first item was our 40 inch TLC Roku tv. and my water proof earbuds to listen to music while swimming. I went to speak to the manager who of course defended his employees and I was very disappointed nothing was done no reprimanding what's so ever that's a shame. Unfortunately sadly to say they have employees that are not trustworthy and quite frankly are thieves. David and I returned the TV and will no longer give them our business. We always bought what we took out before interest kicked in what ashame. Since this horrible experience we now have installed cameras in and outside our home I'm doing this to warned everyone to watch them like a hawk when they come into your home so this does NOT happen to YOU. It's come to that point where you just can't trust anybody.

I hardly write reviews , but my experience yesterday left me very irritated. The lady that attended us was RUDE and WASTED my time. Before we began the process I asked if what I needed was in stock , she proceeded to tell me , yes but we are waiting on another customer to swap out the equipment. I said when will that be? She says later today but doesn't know when..I say okay and I start to fill the paper out..And during that her ATTITUDE emerged , mind you I am with a friend and my friend also picked up on it. Long story short AFTER she enters my information she tells me that they don't have what I need. TIME is money. I will never come here again and honestly you should reconsider coming to this location as well.

Memory was very helpful and quick. I had two separate Agreements made up and paid off my bill as well. All of this was accomplished in about 30 minutes. The guys had my recliner delivered the same day and even before my husband was home from work so the Father’s Day surprise was met.😊 Never had any issues with the Customer Service from this location. My Twin bunk beds came with everything I needed to build them with instructions my 15 year old could read and help me put together it was simple as 1,2,3😊 I recommend this location to anyone.
