If I could I would give it a -10 they were of no help and cost me over $100s to do NOTHING to help repair my refrigerator. I ended up buying a new unit from another company. I will never buy a LG unit again.

Bad experience with this outfit and a Samsung dryer. Friends had same symptoms and paid about $100. This guy(company) was going to charge over $400 to fix. Would cut price in half if we bought appliance insurance.This amounts to, in my opinion, a full fledged scam, and they should be reported and charged. Cost me $110 to be told of this scam and get nothing fixed. Should have known because when initial phone was made to the company for the appointment, I was very suspicious. Should have run the other way. Be afraid of these guys.
