They aren't bad. They prefer speed in the dining room because of how crowded it gets. That speed might feel like they don't want you there. I appreciate their efficiency when I'm in line
They never been rude to me or anyone while waiting for my food at least not in my presence
I think he's had a bad day. They're always very kind
