Paid parking in area. Street parking is impossible to find. Best to take Lyft or Uber, or use Septa. Lombardi Street exit on the Orange line. Blue Line, you can use free interchange to Orange. If you use Regional Rail coming into Center City, get off at Suburban Station and take any bus that goes down Broad St. I think you can get off at 13th, near City Hall exit, too.
There are paid park in the area. The facility is right on broad Street.
