Yes we are a dog-friendly mall every day as long as your furry friend is on a leash and we-behaved.
Not sure about size but this was on their website and near entrance with a sign: "Pick-up bags for accidents will be available outside of Entry 3, please pick up after your dogs. Dogs MUST be leashed, well-behaved and up to date on shots. Check with individual stores for participation. Music City Mall Lewisville reserves the right to dismiss any dog from the property!"
I don't have dogs and didn't notice any signs about animals so I don't know.
