Hi Kathy, the day(s) doses arrive and that a provider can make appointments available varies from provider-to-provider. I would suggest you pick a couple of providers to target - possibly a health system/provider and a pharmacy, and use those as your check points from time to time. We anticipate it will take 11 1/2 weeks for the 65+ population to receive their first dose of vaccine within the counties served by Central District Health (Ada, Boise, Elmore, and Valley).Currently, our district is allotted anywhere from 6,000-7,000 doses a week. Please keep in mind that just because a provider's website is not showing appointments far out into the future does not mean that appointments for the near future won't be added. They add appointments as doses are received or anticipated for receipt that week. Disclosure: I am an employee with Central District Health's public information group.
Try Primary health. They are very organized..
