I've been a number of times and I am always happy with the service. I don't believe that just because one person hurt a dog at the grooming salon means every PetSmart grooming is doing that.

I wouldn't take my fur baby there. Petsmart is known for hurting the animals. I go to Canine Corner in Lemoore.
I used the one in Visalia, and they were really nice. My cats really liked their groomer.
No complaints. They always take good care of my boys.
