Please refer to Peoria City Code Sec. 7-75 regarding rules for remote control and unmanned aircraft systems (UAS). Within Peoria, aircraft must be operated within line of sight and not more than 55 pounds. City Code also requires a 400 foot distance on all sides. Desert Amethyst Park (91st Ave south of Union Hills) and Hayes Park (75th Ave and Mountain View) are the two best options. Please also check out the FAA's mobile app called "B4UFLY" to find safe airspace zones in your area. Please contact Peoria Parks dept. at 623-773-7700 for info on obtaining a special use permit for drone/UAS operation.

Yes you can
Check on local ordinances
I would check park services website a lot of the time they don't allow motorized items. I know I have been told to leave while driving my remote controlled vehicles.
I guess you could
