Hi Sherri, the Sharps container is for people with diabetes who need a safe place to dispose of needles so no one gets accidentally poked. These are specially designed to be tamper proof and are installed high on the wall so children cannot get to them.
Responsible parents watch there young children and educate there older ones and do to the fact its food rides and entertainment like that your stay tends to be longer. A diabetic may need an insulin shot and would use the bathroom for a place to check sugar levels and give a insulin shot if necessary. Hope this cleared things up I am a insulin dependent diabetic. Well being a mother of a type 1 diabetic child, i appreciate the consideration of having a sharps container. That is above and beyond. Otherwise I end up with syringes in my purse lol
Wow! Next she’ll ask an establishment, “why do they have sinks, kids can get their clothes wet”
Because there are a lot of Diabetics who are on insulin. Please just watch your own children that they dont play with the containers. The containers are usually put high enough for very young children.
I like they have sharp containers it makes it easy for my family and me so we don't have to go out side and poke our self's.
