Can retired Seniors live there with a fixed income?
Many people seem to think these apartments are low income, with a low income program like Section 8. However, these apartments are not low income, but income-based. If you are working 40 hours a week making $30 an hour, you'll be paying full market price for these one, two and three bedroom apartments. If you lose hours, have an accident or become disabled, your rent is adjusted to what you now make.
I don't know. I don't live there. I just looked it up and it says it is low income.
