Not the right apartment unit that was shown to me online, bad management, don't fix things that they should and charge a 15% on top of the repair cost. Not worth renting.

The 2 bedroom units are limited, with only 2 downstairs units. #16 & #9.

My question is why does Rick the mantainance man not do his job here that much,plus cops an attitude towards the tenants? I love livingvhere but I don't think its right for the maintenance man to have an attitude towards the Tennant.
