Such a joke getting your CNA license should not be this difficult. Can’t get a hold of anyone. Throughout the whole process of getting my CNA has been the worst experience I’ve ever had to deal with.

Well to begin, the place that I choose was really far that’s a given. I was told I’d be there maybe 4 hours tops. Lies after I finished my exam I waited 2 hours to take my skills exam. The lady her name is Evangeline was really rude. Adding to the fact that I was nervous she made me more nervous. She said the exam was timed. Lies there was a lady sitting in her seat past 2 hours with a dictionary at her side a suggestion is having a translator at her side cause that didn’t look right. The class that the testing took place was small and crammed. We had to wear masks that’s fine but after about 3 hours I was getting thirsty she( Evangeline) didn’t offer any water. I paid for this I should have at least felt a little more comfortable doing this but the fact is that I did not.

It says their working hours are from 8 am through 3pm. Nobody answers the phone!!
