They sale keys (blanks) with rfid chip but no key cut that I know.. for low end n most mid end car but haven't seen high end key.. yet cheaper at home depot with cut key n program or eBay n have them cut the key out.. deal will charge you a arm n leg for key..
Most keys have a chip within them, you may have to go to the dealer, there are many online options as well.
Not I know of I don't think they make copy of key's or fiting key's either I thank wall Mart does make copy of key's hope that help's
