We got most of our stuff but what irritates me is that I could never get a for sure answer on when I'm getting the rest of our stuff they just keep saying by the end of the month but we never get anything.just shows howmuxh they actually care after the sale.
Wow, sorry too hear this, if i were in your shoes id take legal action. They have your sign a legal document which is your receipt. Hope all works out for you. They delivered the wrong table to us... Not a huge deal but it just says a lot about such businesses. They had ""ONE job"" lol
That is so true my wife bought a table set and they gave her chairs from another set till this day they failed to give her the set of chairs that go with her table never again will she buy from there again I hope they shut down they really are a bad business
You can file a complaint with the Federal consumer protections bureau! They are a branch of the FTC-Federal trade commission! You are not the only one this company has defrauded! Here is a copy of my complaint: BUYER BEWARE!!! THIS COMPANY FRAUDULENTLY CHARGES YOUR ACCOUNT AND THEN USES EXCUSE AFTER EXCUSE TO DELAY DELIVERY UNTIL THE 60 DAYS TO DISPUTE THE TRANSACTION IS UP! THIS IS FRAUD AND THEY HAVE BEEN REPORTED TO THE THE FEDERAL CONSUMER FINANCIAL BOARD FOR THEIR FRAUD AND ATTEMPT TO EXTORT MORE MONEY FROM CONSUMERS TO FIX THE PROBLEM THEY CAUSED! THEY ARE ALSO NOT REGISTERED IN THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA TO DO BUSINESS!
