NO! This is a delay tactic! Here is a copy of my complaint to the Federal Trade Commissions CFBP: BUYER BEWARE!!! THIS COMPANY FRAUDULENTLY CHARGES YOUR ACCOUNT AND THEN USES EXCUSE AFTER EXCUSE TO DELAY DELIVERY UNTIL THE 60 DAYS TO DISPUTE THE TRANSACTION IS UP! THIS IS FRAUD AND THEY HAVE BEEN REPORTED TO THE THE FEDERAL CONSUMER FINANCIAL BOARD FOR THEIR FRAUD AND ATTEMPT TO EXTORT MORE MONEY FROM CONSUMERS TO FIX THE PROBLEM THEY CAUSED! THEY ARE ALSO NOT REGISTERED IN THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA TO DO BUSINESS! IF YOU GO TO THE CALIFORNIA SECRETARY OF STATE WEBSITE THEY ARE NOT REGISTERED AS A BUSINESS TO DO BUSINESS IN THIS STATE, AND THEY CLAIM TO BE INDIVIDUALLY OWNED! DO NOT ORDER CUSTOM THEY WILL DO EVERYTHING & LIE TO DELAY DELIVERY KNOWINGLY DELIVERING THE WRONG ITEM! THEN DEMAND MORE MONEY TO FIX! THIS IS FRAUD AND EXTORTION!!! These people are crooks!!!
