This for the McHenry location: How will I know if the dining room is open? I like to relax and eat rather than go through the drive through. I tried the phone number but it defaults what sounds like a fax number

They actually answer the phone! I often call this location to verify lobby hours. I strongly agree with sitting at a table to eat food while it's still hot!
