If i rent a car on line do they take car to you or i have to get car from car rental site?

If you live near an Enterprise...they will pick you up & also drop you back off when you return it.

No worries, Enterprise will pick U up for the rental & drop U off when the car is returned. Check with them as far as the distance for this service.

Some locations will pick up and drop off. Find out ahead of time by contacting the office you will be dealing with.

I believe at least some offices have a courtesy vehicle but I don't know how far they will go

I believe you have to pick it up from the rental site.
