I dont understand how there is pre cooked food but the line is so damn slow and some of them workers have bad attitudes

Wow I had no problem when I went there ordered my food and got it at a timely manner. and sat out on the patio they came out to ask me it anything that I need and refill my glass extra lemonade and it was pretty good service to me .
