Quality has gone downhill.. Will try again but was really disappointed. Karaage was overcooked. Broth flavor was light compared to before

Top tier ramen!! Broth: this is tonkotsu! Loved it. Creamy, savoury, makes me feel warm and happy. Noodles: very good, thin, perfectly cooked. Meat: not too fatty, well cut into slices, excellent flavour and warm with the broth. Toppings: I got full toppings and the veg was on point and tasty. Egg: ok this one's important to me and it was very good. Soft, properly undercooked inside, well made 9/10 and good value. Also got chicken karage and it was some of the best I've ever had. Super crispy, tender chicken, not tough, loved it. Also got gyoza. This was great!! Crispy outside, soft inside, lots of savoury flavour and still juicy. Highly rated. Okay and....no that's it. I know I ate like too much but it was my only meal lol.

Delicious Tonkotsu Ramen. With the Black Devil Ramen pay attention to the spicy 🌶level, I choose 1st level (the minimum) and it was spicy enough. I don't want to think about 4th level!!!!
