Why are my orders constantly cancelled on uber eats and when I call to complain no one answers unsatisfactory if they're not going to follow through with the delivery then they should be removed from the app....

I have no answer to your question. I would remove them from the app.That particular Church's Chicken is one of the worst on customer service.
