Is anyone else experiencing water that's white or cloudy looking when it comes out of the faucet. It takes about 2 or 3 minutes for it to look somewhat normal in a glass.

It's more than likely air bubbles. To alleviate you can go to the highest level of your home that has running water and let it run for a few minutes at a thin stream. This usually gets the air out of your line.
