If there is 0 star, I would like to rate it 0. Never helpful, charging expensive. They won't disconnect the water for who uses the water even the users owe thousands of dollars. Then if the actual users don't pay for the bill, they charge the owners of properties!! That is crazy!!!!!!!!

I received a call from you saying my service would be interupted. When I tried to call you, all I got was recordings, NO CUSTOMER SERVICE. I don't even have your waterworks service. I don't live in Cincinnati. Someone is trying to scam me using your phone number. Thought you should know.

In North College Hill its tasting very bad too
You should be able to work out some kind of payment plan.
Norwood supplies it own water and is NOT serviced by Cincinnati Water Works. They do wholesale water to Norwood when they need it.
Check for leaks near meter or pipes in home. Running toilet can cause high bills especially if they run all night everyday. The worst scenerio I seen is a leak underground from street valve to home.
I live right down the street
He can make anything great that the democrats have ruined
There are water main breaks all over the city. Check their website. You can usually check to see what locations are affected. You can call BUT hold times are high this week, due to street and residential pipes bursting .
You can pick them up at the water district or down load on line
probably cause you did not pay your bill
Most likely the water was not turned off today. Due to the cold weather perhaps your pipes could have frozen. For more information call 591-7700 and talk to the emergency dispatcher.
Don't know because that's not my area
Yes it is. https://www.cincinnati-oh.gov/water/water-quality-and-treatment/water-treatment/ This link will explain the entire filtration process water works uses.
It's more than likely air bubbles. To alleviate you can go to the highest level of your home that has running water and let it run for a few minutes at a thin stream. This usually gets the air out of your line.
I agree but Im just a field service rep. I always said how can they determine how much water I dispose of if most of it doesnt go down the drain. From watering my plan to washing my car. That doesn't go down a drain.
Simple answer is no. But call 591-7700 tomorrow and let them go over your account with you
This is normal as city water has a degree of "hardness", due to natural minerals in the water. I think if you review your humidifier owners manual it will recommend using distilled water for best results. My son uses a humidifier and we keep a stock of .99/gal steam distilled water jugs from Walgreens on hand.
Most of the system is "gravity fed" so hilltops have low pressure and valleys have high pressure.
Go to 4747 Spring Grove Avenue with proof of home ownership (mortgage, rental agreement). Show paperwork to a Customer Services Representative, who will verify the information. There may be a previous charge from the last resident. After that, a work order should go to a Field Services Representative to turn your water on. It may be on when you get back. Make sure ALL faucets are off before you leave.
Check out a couple things, your consumption, and the amount of days in your bill period. This last bill cycle on average, customers experienced about 34 days this time around. The more days, usually consumption will increase as well. If you are unsure of what to look at then call 591-7700
No. Call 591-7700, or go to 4747 Spring Grove Avenue to get accurate information.
I live in Forest Park and yes the trash is included in the water bill.
Mason, OH is not part of Greater Cincinnati Waterworks
They break down MONTHLY charges (stats on what you use, in regards to sewer and water) online and in your statement by mail... But you will be billed every 3 months.
