Need a location to return wheelchair that was issued by medicare by Tri-health Rehab. Called your Cincinnati location and was told it was a rental which I didn't know and only needed this for two months.

Did the rental come from tri health rehab or was it actually from medical service company? If it was a rental to you from the DME (mss) then you should contact them and they should send someone to pick it up. If it is a 3rd party rental... med svcs sup to tri health rehab to you then it would depend on your rental agreements fine print.
