I ordered a bed and patient lift on 8-19. An hour later I cancelled the bed after I found out if on Medicare, if the doctor writes a prescription it is covered. On 8-23 my husband died. An hour after he died the patient lift was delivered. I refused the delivery before it was unloaded from the truck. After speaking with 4 different customer reps and over 20 days later the money was returned to my account for both the bed and patient lift…minus shipping fees and a 29%restocking fee. I should never have had to pay for a bed at all and a $1600 patient lift cost me over $1200 dollars!. At no time did anyone explain the restocking fee until I called and asked why my account was shorted.

My 95 year old father purchased a rollater which broke after ONE use causing a potentially life threatening situation. Provided proof with photos. Requested replacement. Monthly later, after obtaining counsel, finally provided parts ONLY which elderly parents had to find a handyman to repair. TERRIBLE design and customer service. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

Yes lift chairs can be rented. They rent for 300.00 monthly, this covers pick-up and delivery. Availability is based on stock and we rent out of retail locations in Cincinnati and Dayton. They are not available for online rental. For any additional information please contact one of our stores.
