3:30 to whenever, they normally work 8 - 12 hours, depending on breakdowns, paint booth clogging, line back-ups and available personnel. I worked the 6 - 3:30 shift which usually ended up as 6 - 6:30, finally got tired of it after 5 years and went somewhere else.
