There are those peak hours to keep in mind before heading over. Weekdays, theyre busy by 10ish till 12:30, generally packed by 4:30-6pm, but even then its manageable. It will depend on what youre trying to do. The pool during peak is pretty packed, their are enough treadmills and cardio machines to manage through peak and youll have to be patient with the weight machines and freeweights if youre there for that during peak.. all and all, I'd work on getting a routine time for yourself, see if you can avoid peak hours. Keeping that in mind helps avoid crowds
Most of the time its not crowded but there are people there. Id imagine that there ate peak times thsg do get a bit crowded in the day, although most of the time its generally not crowded. Also, if you want to see a graph on times when the gym is at its busiest, you can check on the google page for each day of the week.
