Our appointment was at 7am. We get here at 6am. We had a door. The 👦 really nice at door 7. But, my question is, why you are so stricted with appointments if you get us waiting for hour's to get unloading? I hope you can fix it. Thanks.

The process is to unload and take account of all the product before relieving the drivers. When you get a door you are still in line to be unloaded. So many times drivers arrive at a door after a 100 pallet load and have to wait for that load before even starting theirs. sometimes multiple large loads.

7 hours docked. When i went to take my dog out I was told to get back in my truck.
