I bought 4 cans of A.R Formula about a week ago,my baby's DR changed his formula and I was wondering if I can changed the formula for the one I need ?

Exchange only on unused cans with reciept.

Probably not open cans. But I don't know that for sure.

As long as you have your receipt, they will gladly exchange for new formula

You will need the receipt, and the cans cannot have been opened. Walmart is pretty good about returns/exchanges
